A new tube laser, BLM LT8.20, has arrived at Exmet Services’ production facility. Installation will take place during April, and the machine is scheduled to be fully operational by the end of the month.
With the addition of this new equipment, our tube and profile processing capabilities become significantly more flexible. Together with the existing BLM LT24 tube laser, we are able to cover a very wide size range and offer efficient solutions for processing both smaller and very large tubes and profiles.
- BLM LT8.20: tubes and profiles with diameters from 12 to 240 mm
- BLM LT24: tubes and profiles up to 610 mm
- Both machines can process materials up to 12.5 metres in length
This combination of equipment allows us to select the most optimal solution for each project, significantly improving production efficiency and flexibility.
Tube laser cutting enables highly precise processing of complex geometries, including openings, angled cuts, slots and joints. In many cases, it also reduces the need for subsequent operations such as drilling, milling or manual processing.
The addition of this machine is part of Exmet’s continuous investment in developing production capabilities, ensuring fast, precise and competitive tube and profile processing services for our clients.
