NSK WALL SHOE

Exmet’s NSK Wall Shoes are a versatile solution widely employed to establish tensile connections between walls and foundations, or between two walls. These wall shoes play a crucial role in creating bolted connections for both wall-to-wall and wall-to-foundation scenarios.

The connection process involves embedding the wall shoe within the precast wall and positioning the anchor bolt in the underlying wall or foundation. A nut and rectangular non-centric washer secure the anchor bolt to the wall shoe, ensuring a sturdy connection. During the erection process, shims can be utilized to ensure precise wall leveling. Subsequently, grouting seals the joint between two walls, the wall and its foundation, and the cavity created by the wall shoe.

Exmet’s NSK Wall Shoes are designed for connections that involve moderate load conditions. They are available with plain or hot-dip galvanized surface coatings as needed.
