The Uniport 6000 portal milling machine, part of the equipment line-up of Exmet Services, is a modern machining centre designed for precision machining of large and complex metal structures. The machine is suitable for special solutions as well as for series production, where dimensional accuracy, reliability, and high quality surface finish are important.

The Uniport 6000 offers 3-axis and 5-axis milling and is ideal for workpieces where length, accuracy, and stability are critical. The work area of 10,000 × 3,000 × 1,250 mm allows very long parts to be processed in a single clamping. This increases production efficiency and helps to avoid dimensional variations caused by readjustments.

Typical applications: welded casings, sheet metal parts, machine parts, frames, and other large metal structures.
