Capable of accommodating profiles up to 12,5 meters in length and with a maximum cutting width of 20 mm, our tube laser is suitable for a wide range of projects. It handles everything from the smallest components to cutting large structures.

The BLM LT8.20 is a high-performance tube laser cutting system designed for the precise processing of tubes and structural profiles. Equipped with a 5 + 3 kW fiber laser source, it combines automated loading, laser cutting, and part unloading to deliver a fast, efficient, and flexible production process for both prototypes and high-volume manufacturing.
At Exmet Services, the machine is equipped with a 3D cutting head for complex cuts and tube joints, as well as an integrated drilling and tapping unit that enables multiple machining operations to be completed in a single setup.
The LT8.20 processes round, square, rectangular, and oval tubes, together with a wide range of open structural profiles, including L, U, C, IPE, HEA, and HEB sections. With automated handling of materials up to 12,500 mm in length and Active Weld seam recognition technology, it delivers outstanding precision, repeatability, and cutting quality.
The system processes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, making it an ideal solution for structural steel fabrication, machine components, industrial assemblies, and custom-engineered products.
